American College of Physicians (ACP) is a 501(c)(3) organization, and is an agent of the Nevada Chapter of the ACP, which is also a 501(c)(3) organization. The state of incorporation of the Nevada Chapter of the ACP is Nevada. The Nevada Chapter of the ACP is located at 9772 Waukegan Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89148. ACP members may elect to make a deductible, charitable contribution (under Internal Revenue Code Sections 170, 2055 and/or 2522) to the Nevada Chapter of the ACP in support of that Chapter's educational, Resident/Fellow and Medical Student initiatives as well as increased efforts to promote internal medicine and primary care. The ACP is incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania and is located at 190 North Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106-1572.
