American College of Physicians (ACP) is a 501(c)(3) organization, and is an agent of the Illinois Northern Chapter of the ACP, which is also a 501(c)(3) organization. The Illinois Northern Chapter of the ACP is located at 833 Lyman Ave, Oak Park, IL 60304. ACP members may elect to make a 100 percent tax-deductible, charitable contribution to the Illinois Northern Chapter of the ACP in support of that Chapter's programs and activities for early career physician, resident, and medical student members.
