Return Policy

ACP MKSAP is eligible for cancellation/refund within 3 days from the date of purchase by submitting a request in writing. Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• If you have downloaded and logged into the ACP MKSAP mobile app
• If you have answered more than five multiple-choice questions within the specified refund eligibility period (3 days)
• If you have submitted for CME/MOC for any of ACP MKSAP’s multiple-choice questions
• If the refund request is made after the specified refund eligibility period (3 days)

We are currently working with Apple to release an iOS version (Apple mobile devices) of the ACP MKSAP app in the Apple App Store.  Meanwhile, the web version of ACP MKSAP, along with the Android, PC, and Mac (Apple desktop/laptop) versions of the apps, are all available.
